  • The tech was very polite, however It cost me over 100$ more than anticipated from special that they had. Carpets were wet for over 36 hours. Wanted puppy pee smell out of the carpet and was told not a problem. He used deodorizer and that smell lasted a few weeks then the pee smell was back. Had to have another service come out and re clean.
