| - We purchased a mattress from Costco but it didn't work for us. They arranged for the Beltmann Group to pick it up and return the bed. It took them over a week just to contact us to schedule the pickup. I was given a choice of 2 dates a week away. No weekend pickups so I cancelled two appointments and took the day of from work. Oh yes, their "appointments"
are from 8:00-5:00!
Then they called at 5 pm the night before my appointed pickup to reschedule because of either "rain" or "computer glitch" depending on who I talked to, to Saturday between 8:00-5:00. I tried calling back but they close at 5, which was awfully convenient. For them.
Called back in the morning and had one arrogant employee after another basically tell me too bad, too sad. I'm talking about you, Rhea, and the really incompetent operations manager Aaron Dahlseid. I finally was able to get the name of his boss, Danny Montgomery, but had to wait another hour until he got in. I explained the problem and lo and behold, Mr. Montgomery was able to reinstate my Friday pickup and even narrowed it down to between 11:00-3:00. When they didn't show up by 3:00 I called again but then the driver called, they got lost. By 4:00 the bed was gone, and they even took our old mattress away for us.
This company was absolutely awful to deal with, they obviously couldn't care less about their customers. Luckily, my persistence and refusal to take no for an answer finally got me to Danny Montgomery, who did give a damn. Too bad he's the only one who does.
After so many years of truly excellent service from Costco, that they would use a company like this was shocking & disappointing.
