| - I'm giving this place a 3 because I have gone here a few times. The therapists are amazing, but the rest of the staff is lacking. So it's not a bad place, but front desk and management seem to be a little unprofessional. The first time I received service, I over heard someone who seemed to be either the owner or manager (lady in her 50's with I believe brown hair) make a rude comment to the front desk about a guest while I was sitting in the waiting room. Also, if you call and are trying to book an appointment, but their schedule doesn't work out with you, they will try to quickly push you off the phone just to not deal with you. I was booking a multi service spa day, almost a month in advanced, yet they couldn't seem to make my schedule work with several treatments in one day. When trying to find a way to schedule the appointment, I was quickly placed on hold by front desk without an explanation, and a new front desk person picked up the line as if I just called in. The new front desk person then proceeded to tell me that if I didn't know what I wanted, to call back later. Which had nothing to do with the situation, I was trying to book 4 services with you, yet you couldn't figure out how to make it work within your schedule. For someone paying a lot of money to your spa, I would think you would have a little more respect and take the time to find a day and time
that works for you. Apparently they don't want people's money.
