Well my opinion has changed.... Still love the fact evo is open til 130 for dinning. However, our food was not good when we dined at 1130. Ordered the calamari steak and belly appetizers. Calamari was over cooked, rubbery and hard to chew. The pork belly was very dry and tough, served a pear I could barely cut! Had to ask for more sauce to try to loosen it up but pretty much lost interest in it after dropping my knife trying to fight it in my mouth.
I'll stick to ordered only from the wine list from now on
