  • Absolutely the worst experience. I have owned 2 Hyundai's. Maintenance and upkeep wise they are fine. However the service department at Henderson Hyundai is the worst. My service advisor Teresa left me waiting 10 minutes for her with no reason for the wait or apologize thereafter. The guy who serviced my car said I needed new tires and brakes. Said rotors had hot spots and tires had uneven wear. Yeah okay. Tires had less than 200 miles and brakes and rotors where replaced less than 600 miles before. They will tell you anything to drum up return business. My GDI engine inspection took 2 hours longer than promised and no one would update me and tell me why. I am fairly certain based on the visual evidence, no service took place. I attempted to address a few issues with James H the service director, I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. Don't service your car here. It's a mistake that will leave you frustrated and upset.
