| - When I realized I was going to be in Vegas for a whole week, I started looking for a good pole studio so that I wouldn't miss a week of classes/training. Based on Yelp recommendations and word-of-mouth info from friends in the know, I settled on this place. Also, I have to admit I was pretty interested in doing some advance recon before deciding whether or not I'd go to the Expo in September (Pole Fitness Studio is where a lot of the classes will be taking place, in case you were wondering).
The staff was wonderful and attentive, and responded to my (multiple) emails prior to my arrival. I signed up for class without any problems and found the studio easily, despite knowing literally nothing about where things are in Vegas. The studio has enough poles so that no one has to share, and the class environment was welcoming and non-judgmental. It's always fun to take classes from a different instructor and see how their teaching style affects your performance. My one quibble is that single classes are pretty pricey, but dance classes often are so I guess that should have come as no surprise.
The one thing that I (sad California native with tolerance of a VERY LIMITED temperature range) didn't bank on was how balls-hot it would be in a pole studio in Las Vegas in late April. Spoiler: VERY balls-hot. It's ok though, they have fans and such to keep the studio tolerable, and plenty of towels for those of us who sweat. Go here! The staff was great, class was challenging and fun, the space was cool and the merch (which obviously I had to purchase to commemorate my visit) is super cute. Yay Pole Fitness Studio! Can't wait to see you in September!
