STAY AWAY!! update * I thought I'd give them a chance to help with my situation as I would have deleted and/or updated my review with positive thoughts if I at least heard back from them. But nooooooooooooo. After my concern and my write up on their own website, a guy named Tom emailed me back with the following: Mr. Olsen, Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry that our team did not deliver the care that you were anticipating. I'm looping in the regional and corporate team to investigate and we will contact you by phone as soon as possible. Respectfully, Tom However, after THREE - yes THREE attempts to contact Tom or hear back from them, it's now been a month and I still haven't heard from them. I guess "as soon as possible" to them might mean 2016 or maybe 2017......I just don't know, but this adds to the fact that this place ONLY cares about $$$$$ and themselves....they could care a less about customer service and repeat customers...... Original Review: The only good thing about this place is that no one is ever there, so you'll get right in. However, once you get there, the nurse and doctor will not want to treat you. They'll prefer you go to the hospital for something as easy as a minor stitch. This is what happened when I took my son there for a minor stitch in his eyebrow. The doctor said he'd recommend we go to the hospital instead of them treating him because the hospital has plastic surgeons. WHAT??? A plastic surgeon for a small stitch in the eyebrow?? REALLY???? Their defense is that they gave me "an option". But when the doctor himself said he'd take his son to the hospital because they have plastic surgeons, then that's not really an option. Plus once I did go to the hospital, they thought those comments were crazy because it was such an easy stitch that anyone could have done it. No plastic surgeon required!! Seems this place LOVES to charge co-pays and bill insurance, but they don't want to treat patients. Even from the start, the staff was unfriendly. You would think they like business and would smile and be welcoming, but no.....we were a bother and preferred we go elsewhere!! STAY AWAY....FAR FAR AWAY!!!
