  • This is the 4th air conditioning person I have used since buying a house in AZ 5 years ago. My system crashed 6 months ago during the summer and had it serviced but the people basically said the system needed replacement and of course tried to sell me on it to the tune of $12,000. I contacted this service to review the situation and Joe came checked out the entire set up and explained everything about its strengths and weaknesses but basically said he saw no reason to replace it and I could expect 2-3 years and maybe more before it might need to be changed out. I would say he was the most fair, honest and straightforward service person I have ever worked with - plus he is personable and easy to talk to. You can't do better than this company
