  • I found Blinds Chalet to deliver a good product quickly with great customer service. I initially ordered online but realized that I needed to change my order to make 2 of the shades black-out lined. Blinds Chalet quickly and happily made the change with minimal work on my part. The cordless shades were easy to install and work great. I did have a problem with 2 of the larger width shaes not hanging squarely, but customer service came to the rescue with a fast replacement...all I did was snap some photos on my phone and email them the pix. I would definitely use them again.
