  • Steve was incredible. I cannot say how wonderful my experience here was. I don't know much about cars, but I always want to learn what I can do to make sure I am maintaining my car properly. Also, my car has a few issues - to say the least - and I'll have to get things taken care of in rounds. Steve answered all my questions about what needed to be done immediately and what could be waited on. He explained exactly what the issue was and even pulled up the parts on google and showed me how it worked and what problems it could lead to if I didn't take care of it. On top of it all, when he talked to the service guys and saw they were running behind schedule, he followed up with us to tell us that the service could take a bit longer than expected. (Without me having to ask after the estimated time had passed.) This was the best customer service experience I've had in total in a long time - and at a mechanic shop!?!? Fantastic. And I love that they are open 8a-6p M-Sat!! This means I don't have to take time off to deal with car stuff. Cannot say more nice things about the experience. Ladies, go to Purrfect - they won't treat you like an idiot or try to pull something.
