  • One word: Disappointed. I am so disappointed with this place. I had very high hopes from reading all of the glowing reviews and looking at the photos but I was let down. There were only two things that they got right: the type of wrapping paper I wanted and the greens that were to accompany my bouquet. I came here a week before to place a "pre-order" for my girlfriend. She had been active on Pinterest so I brought screenshots of what she posted and asked if they could make it happen and the gentleman who worked here said yeah they can do that. I showed him a few photos and he asked if I wanted brown wrapping like the photos had shown and I said yes. Thats where our conversation ended. He didn't ask me anything else. I had to make sure "you can do the pastel colors right?" in which he replied yeah we have those, then I had to show him again because he didn't seem to pay much attention to the photo examples that I showed him. I made sure to say that I wanted this type of bouquet with a variety. Here comes pick up day. I am DISAPPOINTED. *excuse my capital letters but I'm so upset with the bouquet and their service* I come to pick up my bouquet and I'm expecting a beautiful bouquet of pastel pink, purple and white flowers and all I get are purple flowers. I told the girl working at the counter that I think I ordered something different and proceeded to show her the photos and she said oh yeah we added tulips in there and used the best flowers we have in store. Ok....but what about the fact that theres only one color here?!? I asked if she could replace some of the purple ones with pink and she gave me attitude saying "well I'd have to redo the whole bouquet then." I remember telling the gentleman during the day that I ordered that I wanted a variety of pastel colors. I am normally not hard to please. If I didn't ask the gentleman about the multicolor flowers I would not have gotten upset because it was my fault and my lack of responsibility. However, this was not the case. You can go to my account and read my reviews. Rarely do I ever give 1 or 2 stars. This is one of those instances where I am upset and disappointed in the service and final product of this establishment. Take a look at my photos to see what I showed them vs. what I got.
