  • Called in for an appointment to get an estimate on painting my garage doors and changing the moldings. They were very accommodating and set up Greg to come down the next day to look at the work and then provide an estimate. Greg came down, we discussed what needed to be done and he committed to get back to me before the end of the day with an estimate. That was on a Thursday at 1:00 PM. I never heard anything from Greg or Handyman Connection. On Monday late afternoon I called Handyman Connection to let them know I had never heard back from Greg. They were apologetic and offered to call Greg to see what had happened. I told them not to bother. If getting an estimate is untimely and no communications are made subsequent to a first meeting, then it's typically downhill from there. UPDATE: Shelly, whom I spoke with in the office, apparently called Greg after my call. She e mailed me an estimate for the work, along with a $100.00 Double Coupon Discount. I responded that I would not be doing this or future business with Handyman Connection. Again, the estimate process should be painless and quick.
