Issue with the just eat website had my burger from this place delivered with absolutely nothing on it. Despite clicking to add bacon and cheese and an egg. While I do understand that third party websites can cause these issues with ordering..there is a right and a wrong way to deal with a paying customer. When I brought up my issue, Instead of an applogy or an offering of a possible solution I was told it's not their problem and was asked "well, what do you want me me to do about?" I said I'd pay the difference to have it corrected so we could enjoy but apparently pleasing the guest due to an error that wasn't my fault either, isn't important to them. I hung up. You just lost a customer due to piss poor service on the phone..and your food could use a little work as it is.
