  • So I show up at 7:14 with my 4 year old son in pain because he had a ear ache. I waited for 2 minutes then the guy says its past 7:15 so we can take any more appointments. No one was in the waiting room. Come on my 4 year old son.... Not good customer service at all. I had to go fin a urgent care down the street pay more for someone to get my son a script for his ear.
