  • Dilliard's at Carolina Place mall is one of my favorite shopping destinations because they have many options when it comes to clothing needs and accessories. I always find the designer clothing that I'm looking for and the prices are very good based on the customer service I always experience at Dillard's. Speaking of customer service, I've found that Dillard's often goes above and beyond my expectations every time I visit and the consultants are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the styles and clothing that I buy. And when I go to this particular Dillard's, they always remember me by name. Yes, I know there are higher end stores in the Charlotte area but I prefer the short drive and the convenience of the stores at Carolina Place Mall also.
