  • Although I live on the west side of town, I will make the trek over to the east side when I am looking to demo music gear or ready to buy (even though there is another large, corporate guitar store closer to me). Like other reviews, their customer service is on-point. I had to have my acoustic guitar professionally set up one day. I brought it in late morning and the guitar tech had it finished for me by later that afternoon. He even suggested a couple options for a humidifier since the climate here in Las Vegas is mostly dry, which I took him up on. The salespeople seem to know their stuff and don't mind "talking shop" for a little bit if it's not too busy.
