TL;DR - I'm not going to bother searching for another BBQ joint in Vegas because I have no doubt this place has the best BBQ ribs I've ever tasted (trust me, I'm half-Texan)

The place was dimmed and cozy. There was no cigarette smell, and the waiter was attentive and friendly enough...kind of.
The menu was short and simple. Both chicken and ribs were tender and the sauce was out of this world. Normally I'd opt for a spicy version, but their sweet BBQ sauce almost converted me. All the sides were good and the portion was enormous and worth every penny.
I finished everyone else's leftover 3 days later in a hotel room back in LA, and they were still delicious (This was after sitting in the fridge for over 2 days, thawed in the trunk of our car for 4 hours driving back to LA, then back into the fridge again for a couple hours before I nuked it in the microwave in hotel lobby for 3 minutes and ate with some cold parts still).
Full disclosure: I was salivating like crazy while typing this review.
