  • Lovely hotel with excellent customer service! Located in the heart of downtown, it is easy to walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, outdoor store, and lots of different restaurants pandering to all kinds of tastes. The rooms here are comfortable and the amenities are good. The pool on the 17th floor was an added surprise being outdoors. Next to it is the gym, large and spacious for all of your workout needs, though I didn't see anyone use it while I was there midweek. Inside there is a water station for filling up your bottle and small towels to dry your sweat with. By the exit to the pool there are pool towels and bins to put them in when you're done with them. There is an actual Starbucks store, not just a small hotel cafe that serves Starbucks in the lobby. There is also a restaurant on the bottom floor but with so many great options outside I didn't end up trying it. The menu looked great, however.
