  • I wandered into this store randomly and it took me 10 seconds to love it. I adore a place that has stuff organized chaotically into every inch of the store. Eclectic Home is a small but mighty shop that is split into two huge central rooms and also has a basement (or is it 2nd floor? hmmm). They recently moved from Lakewood to Rocky River. This is the type of place I would recommend going into with no purpose-- other then to find awesome decor or a great gift. It feels like the type of place where there's only one of everything. I like it that way. I ended up purchasing two make-up pouches: one that says 'Mom, you look great!' and another that says 'THIS BAG CONTAINS MY FACE.' Side note: I can always appreciate when a home decor store has funny but CLASSY gifts like this. We all need a good laugh every now and then. I bought a few other wine trinkets I surely didn't need but love anyways. I stopped myself before I got too deep in the nautical section, because that's a sure fire way to talk all of my money as a boater. During my visit the two gentlemen working the store were very helpful and chatty. I love meeting the co-owners of little stops like Eclectic Home. I'll absolutely come back, because it was hard to not love this place.
