  • I've been coming here for years and always liked this place....until now. This place has a new owner and partnered with a off site bakery. I selected a sesame bagel, a and blueberry loaf slice to go. Before this would cost around $3. They charged me $6.49 (3 for each plus tax)! I asked for that price if they include cream cheese, and of course the answer was "no". It was cold and hard. I just gave it back to the guy and left with the loaf slice. Lesson learned! Never going back there again. I could understand these high prices if the place was high-end, in a high-end area. But it's a little dive located in a shaby strip mall across from unlv. And being that it's across from unlv, students probably make up a good amount of their clientele. And not many are going to want to pay $3 for a bagel, when you have coffee bean and Einstein Bros walking distance away. Donuts are kind of an after thought now, and I wonder if they're even made on site anymore.
