  • My mom bought me a ring for Christmas and I needed to resize it smaller. I did my Yelp research and gave them a call. They gave me an affordable price range so we went to the store. We were greeted immediately and was helped by Monica. She gave me the ring sizers and we proceeded with my order. Monica said it would be ready by Thursday and it was Monday. I mentioned i could be traveling Thursday and she went to check if it could get done sooner and she came back with "it'll be ready Wednesday". It's Wednesday and Monica greeted us when we walked in and i got my ring back and it fit perfectly. $20. She also remembered i was in town for my Dad and asked if my dad was ok. That is real customer service right there folks! My mom said she'll be back!
