| - Absolutely horrific customer service. Don't trust them with your car for valet parking.
Feb 24th: I valet parked my car for an event I worked. I have a stick shift, so I always warn the valet because I often deal with people unable to drive my car properly. When I received my car back that eventing, it was horrifically scratched from mirror to bumper on the passenger side. I called valet services, who immediately told me they would 'look into it' and have the manager contact me.
Feb 28th: I had not heard back yet following week, so I reached out again, and was connected with the valet manager Jacob, who had never heard of me, my issue, or anything. So, again. I gave him all of the information, photos, details, etc. He told that either himself or his two assistants would get back to me, and provided his personal cell number. He seemed very nice and accommodating.
March 6th: I reached out to the valet manager asking to be followed up with. No response.
March 12th: I reached out to the valet manager again asking what had happened. No response.
March 13th: I called the hotel to ask what was going on. They had absolutely no idea of what i was talking about but told me they would 'look into it'. Right.
Extremely confused as to why nobody will follow up with me. I have been extremely patient and civil, but now I am done waiting.
