  • I went here yesterday with a couple friends I've never ate at mad Mex before I've only had margaritas. It was really crowded but it was Cinco de mayo so that was to be expected. Their menu is pretty diverse. I ordered the enchiladas with mole sauce. I've never had mole sauce before so I didn't know what to expect. I know mole is made with chocolate? in it which is interesting so I wanted to try it. I also ordered the orange pineapple margaritas I wasn't? a huge fan of the margarita since it had chunks of fruit in it and the texture just made it odd. The enchiladas we're good but when I got more to the middle of the enchiladas it got too chocolatey for me there wasn't to much spice or anything to off put how sweet It was. I would go back since they have such a diverse menu it seems like there is something for everyone on it. P.s it was super busy and our food came out really fast!
