Called into the store for assistance and the manager, Kayla, picked up the phone. I told her my whole issue(after being told by customer service over the phone that I needed to call the store) and she was a real peach. She had this whole attitude about her from the minute that she picked up the phone. It was like she decided she wasn't going to help me before she even heard my issue. Very happy that I am no longer with Sprint for this once reason alone.
