  • Cold Stone brand was always held high to me and always the best quality but this store needs to be closed or have new owners. The two workers tonight were nice and friendly. My precious 2 visits made me not go back all summer, first because the last visit the 2 girls working gossiped with a customer for a long time about nightclubs, neither one of them stopped to come take my order. Once they finally took my order they overcharged me. And when I was leaving, a cockroach ran across the room. The time before that, the place had a long line of customers and I noticed cockroaches 2 of them running along the guest side of the ice cream. I left. Tonight was the worst - when the kid was cashing me out, there was a cockroach that ran from the ice cream prep slab to the cash register. Needless to say, I tossed my ice cream when I walked out. This place is dirty. And also, the ice cream I was given was super soft almost runny. I will not come back to this store.
