  • Visited here a few months ago and had a great stay. Came back a week before Christmas to stay for a 2 day visit. Had a terrible night, was annoyed by a huge barking dog all night long. Called the service desk early in the evening and the only thing they would said was "Yeah, we have a couple of dogs staying tonight." Then all we heard was others pounding on the door to try to get the dog to stop barking. We didn't get a good nights sleep at all. We then asked to be moved to another floor and the room ended up being dirty and bugs everywhere. We left to find another place to stay. They did refund our stay and offer to give us another room but we decided to go elsewhere. Not sure if we will return.
