First allow me to write several minuses to precede that lone star above since the system doesn't provide for that.The residents are miserable there and complain about everything from the food to the staff. They dislike each other, are verbally abusive to each other, and the elevator seems to be a contributing trigger for it. The "light housekeeping" advertised is little more than the occasional superficial cloth swipe of the bathroom sink as well as replenishing toilet paper. Necessary repairs in the apartments are routinely ignored.
But enough of being kind.
Richard and Lorraine will smile at the families and either ignore or be rude to the residents when family is not around. They, as well as the office staff and administration, are incompetent and cannot be trusted. I think all of them have O.E.P. diplomas... Offering Empty Promises. They neglect the residents. Empathy, patience and kindness live elsewhere.
And if you've employed Personal Touch, break away from them immediately. They honour nothing in their contracts. In other words they steal your money by offering nothing in return. Oh, and forget the tax rebate promised. That's theirs to keep, apparently. Seriously beware of these abrasive, lying women- especially Daniella and Jasmine.
Otherwise everything is great there.
