  • These people are scammers. My step father have been coming here for about 3 years, since then he has had 2 strokes and the second one really did some damage to him. Because of this, they have been taking advantage of him by over charging him on labor. My uncle is a mechanic for pepboys and he knows the price of parts and labor. So the past 3 weeks our 2002 mustang has been having problems. Originally we went in for a tune up. Charged us a ridiculous amount and told us that the oil needs to run through the motor and it won't run smooth. If there's still problems in 3 days, come back. (RED FLAG NUMBER 1!) So 4 days later we go back because the car was running worse than the first. Charged us again for something THEY missed while doing the tune up. Now a few days later our car shuts off. They say it's the battery. Charge us for labor. Now they do a test and say 50 for a test. That can be done for free at jiffy. So as of now it's the alternator. It's been 3 weeks of them over charging us and ripping us off because they see an easy target with my step Dad.
