Roughly 6 months ago I needed some internet I could afford, leased a router, got a good deal from a store and they even gave me a higher speed for the same price I was already purchasing, great!
Today my internet is unreliable, Wifi won't load anything unless I want to wait 10 minutes, Lan connection is spotty, and I talked to tech support for 1 hour and 50 minutes and they never even offered to send a technician to help, my problem was never fixed and they hung up knowing that.
I called again asking specifically for a technician to come out, 20 minutes of tests later they said it would be a $100 fee and there was no way I was spending that!
I guess I am going back to Cox, a place with excellent customer service.
