  • I'm giving them 3 stars for a couple of positive experiences previously with Cliff, although I still think we were gouged on a faucet change and plumbing issue, and they are timely. But, our water heater started leaking yesterday and we called for someone came out...after he lookd at it, of course we were told it needed to be replaced. $1300 later the tech left the area in a mess last night. Totally unprofessional. We won't use or recommend them again.
