| - What a great place! We are very happy and pleased. The owners David and Sandra were professional, kind, patient, and considerate. I was very nervous and apprehensive about boarding our dog, who isn't just our dog, but a part of our family. We love her very much.
David took the time to listen to my worries and concerns. One being that our beautiful dog, whom we adopted from the Humane Society, may not have had the opportunity to have socialized with other dogs. So I was worried being as this was to be the first time she was to be placed in a social setting with other dogs.
David allowed me the opportunity to drop her off for three hours to put her in daycare to see how she would interact. (We needed to board our dog for about four days.). After three hours I stopped back by and he tells me she did fine. He reassured me that he saw no reason why she couldn't be boarded. He even showed me a video of her playing with another dog. That reassurance made me happy.
I paid for four days of boarding at a more than reasonable price. I liked that it was a set price. No hidden or extra fees. My schedule changed and they even took her in to board a day early. Speaking of the boarding the facility appears very clean. And again owners David and Sandra are awesome! I like that the dogs are not boarded in cage kennels. They sleep in what I'm going to personally describe as "stables." No cages, no wires. They sleep comfortably, safe, and happy.
I called once while she was boarded and the owner quickly knew who I was and which dog was mine. Again, my scheduled changed and they allowed me to pick her up early. They even credited me for the extra day which I had paid for. When my girlfriend picked her up she stated that our dog seemed happy and actually headed to her doggy bed in the boarding area!! So our dog must've liked it if she went to her boarding area, she exited from the play area.
My girlfriend stated that our dog looked happy and healthy. The owners even gave back the right amount of food (since we took her out one day early). They gave her a report of how our dog did and were available to answer any questions or concerns. I thought that they treated our dog kindly, fairly, and with love and great care. Owner Sandra even brushed our dogs coat.
Overall very happy. The owners don't treat your dog as some animal but rather as a part of their own family. I like that when I call they are patient with me and know who I am and who my dog is.
I know boarding or leaving your dog for a few hours can be scary. I know I researched and visited multiple boarding facilities in the valley. Let me save you the time and traveling of searching.
