| - Such a Horrible experience on top of feeling threatened by management and security. I had a legitimate complaint, a full warranty. I tried to explain the situation and they told me the situation. Pronto. When I went back to the store to write down the names of the manager and inept employee, I felt as if I would be tackled for something. I immediately left the store. Security was everywhere and the Manager was soooo smug. I am a 58 year old cancer patient with about two years left. I am most sure that I intimidated them. What do you think? This store has been an absolute joke since the day they opened. Ripping people off and not giving a @%#! afterward. Terry and Tim. I will make it my life's purpose to make sure that both names and a description of the treatment I received are sent to corporate. I will eventually see them again. Probably very soon, as turn over is ridiculous at Best Buy. I will give it 30-90 days before I see them flipping burgers or delivering pizza. But, that takes knowledge and talent. Those jobs won't work for these guys either. All I can say is, Thank You to Target, Walmart, Fry's, Amazon, Comp USA, Tiger Direct, Staples, and K-Mart, Meijer's, and all of those other places we can all go buy the very same products. Read a few of these reviews. They pretty much back me up! They should change their name to WORST BUY! I wish it were possible on Yelp to give a NO-STAR Rating!
