  • Walked into this bank (a little after 5pm) to open an account and was told that I would need to make an appointment and come back a different day because although they close at 6pm, the woman Teller said she "is the only banker there so she doesn't do accounts after 5pm". The bank was completely empty, other than the employees. It's like going into a grocery store that closes at 10 pm, but they shut down the registers at 9. It doesn't make sense! Why are you even open? If I just needed to withdraw or deposit money, I could use the ATM.
