  • We were visiting from NJ. We drove up in a economic rental and it all went down hill from there. We both have new cars at home and one of them is a mercedes. When we came in the guy was not friendly. I wanted to buy my husband a t-shirt and they didn't have a large and the guy was like that's all we have. Oh ok! Can we test drive a tesla he said there's a wait list for a test drive. What a moron! I love tesla and wanted to have an experience so we can buy one in the future but this guy's lack of interaction to turn us into customers made me sad. We walked around alone and looked at the model inside. Played with the computer and left and felt like we were invisible;( I'm sure the CEO would not be happy.
