This is my first review EVER which shows you how important I felt it was to write about our experience with Bright Futures. I'm not even sure what any of the below reviews are about because we never even came close to having such an experience! If you read through the reviews, the negativity is about a doctor leaving and not being informed - that would be THAT doctor's fault, not the offices, if your pediatrician really cared about you don't you think she would have sent out letters letting you know where she was going?!
Anyways on to my review of Dr. Kalili who is AMAZING!!!! My 4 year old has moved 4 times and had 4 different pediatricians and Dr. Kalili has blown them all out of the water. Not to mention I had my second son while under her care as well. She visited my newborn every day in the hospital and was SO kind and compassionate as we went through many issues of weight gain, hypospadias, breastfeeding, etc. Dr. Kalili is amazing because she puts everything into laments terms and knows how to make you understand what is going on with your baby. She even called us TWICE from her personal cell phone after hours to follow-up and check in on our baby (what doctor does that these days?!) She also really understands as she has a baby of her own and can easily relate and sympathize with Mom's. It's funny that people wrote that she refused to give med's, because when my 4 year old had a fever for 5 days straight and she couldn't fnd anything wrong with him otherwise (neg strep, etc) she still wrote us a prescription for antibiotics and told us to fill it if he didn't improve! That's the kind of doctor I want!
She was amazing with my 4 year old during both of his well-visit exams. We never had more then a 10 minute wait and she was so thorough with everything. We NEVER had an issue with billing over 2 years and I'm sad to say we've now moved and had to leave her. It was a sad day during our last appointment because of how amazing she is - do not let these reviews sway you from choosing her, I'm extremely picky and rely heavily on Yelp but this is one time they definitely have it wrong!
