  • This place has the $10.95 prime rib, don't be fooled! For some reason it's not on their menu (my bf actually asked the waiter about it), even though they advertise it everywhere in El Cortez. We came here at about 1230AM after the Life Is Beautiful festival, wasn't packed yet and we were seated. Our waitress was super nice, waters were refilled promptly etc. Of course, I had to get the prime rib - I didn't expect *too* much bc of the price but I really enjoyed it LOL. A bit on the rare side for me but I nearly finished my whole plate with the veggies and mashed potatoes (I was a big fan). I also saw people mentioned the mac & cheese on here so I had to get that & I thought that was really good too!! My boyfriend got the spaghetti & he didn't hate it. If I'm ever looking for a cheapie prime rib when I return to LV, I'll for sure keep this place in mind!
