  • Had the beef stroganoff tonight and it was pretty good. I'm glad I've decided to try Tip Top again. They have turned things around have have pretty decent food again. I have recently have had their chicken alfredo and it was pretty good too. The fried mushrooms are pretty decent too. The portions are good sized and the prices are good for the size of the portions.
