  • I am giving this McDonald's location a big fat 0!!! I will list the reasons why: 1. By the time you get your food, it's COLD!! 2. Hours say it closes at 12 midnight. We went at 10:30 p.m. No one at drive-thru, doors locked, lights on, employees inside, wouldn't open the doors. 3. Two times we went there and they were out of ice. 4. They were out of soda. 5. Milk shake machine was out of order. 6. 100% of the time, our order is incorrect!!! 100% 7. Horrible, horrible customer service. they have no idea what they are doing. 8. The place is filthy. It's become a game now to see what they get wrong here. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location! There are plenty of other McDonald's around.
