  • Recently purchased a Sub Zero refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher from Spencer's. The sales person, Don, was extremely professional and helpful. No pressure. Sub Zero has fixed prices for all its dealers, but Don gave us a very fair price on the dishwasher as well as the extended warranties. He set delivery for three days after purchase, before the weekend. The installers called morning of delivery and set a 11AM-1PM delivery time, but around 2 PM called and pushed it back until 4PM so we were hanging around waiting for delivery all day. They did a very professional job with the install and the appliances are functioning perfectly a week after install. One interesting fact is that Spencer's is an employee owned business, and we could notice that in the manner with which we were treated by all the employees while in the store. Don was excellent and we highly recommend him. He has been with Spencer's for over 11 years.
