Such an amazing experience. The hiking trail was straining if your not used to climbing. We ended up leaving with a few scratches. Yet the hardest part was not the climbing but returning through the beginning of the trail. The sun is hitting you from above, scenery is just rocks, the trail is pretty much gravel and little rock that make it seem like your walking on sand. That's the part that drained us all. It did take us four hours in total. We ended up staying at the river for a good 40 minutes of the 4 hours. People where jumping from cliffs, skipping rocks, and just taking a dip with some neighboring ducks near the river. We saw others canoeing before reaching the end. The whole hike we passed around 4 hot springs. Overall, it's an experience that was well worth the strain. I would class it a medium to hard trail yet I saw people bring kids and dogs through the whole thing. But this is something everyone needs to experience.
