  • Total scam!! Jackie rented her house to us through VRBO. We paid the first part in February, second part a month ago. We were in contact with her. She clearly received both payments. Now, just before our trip, she canceled the booking and made some crazy claim that vrbo never processed the payment. This is obviously not true, since we were paid in full and in contact with her up until a few days ago. Instead of attempting to help us find another place, she sent us some email through her bs "My Las Vegas VIP" company and signed it as "Sales Department." She had the audacity to say this: "Sorry for this inconvenience but this was not an issue on our part." My guess is she has the house posted on a bunch of sites and got someone to pay more for it, so she canceled our reservation and tried to blame it on vrbo. Either way, she is a dishonest individual and I would not ever rent her property or give her a penny for her questionable services.
