  • Buyer Beware!!! We had multiple properties with value pest and they continue to be disorganized and sending communication to the wrong addresses even after we notified of the issues. This disorganization lead to one of our properties not getting service for 6 months and trying to work with them on a resolution was HORRIBLLE!! Spoke with their service manager Mark and Owner, Bob Jones, both were argumentative and defensive. Horrible customer service skills, apologizes were an afterthought in their statements. Realizing the customer service leadership lead by the owner, we have cancelled all our accounts and don't recommend using Value pest at all!! After this experience, I get online and find MULTIPLE complaints about Value Pest service through the Better Business Bureau, Yahoo.com, Ripoff Report.com, Angieslist and more.
