  • When my parents needed to downsize and find a condo closer to my home, we looked no further than John Barchi. I believe that my parents first met John and his wife at church, and we've known them for many years. John has always been an upstanding man and a good friend. Sure enough, his professionalism is top notch. After doing a considerable amount of research, John narrowed down the market to several properties for my parents, which was important because they are not terribly mobile and it would be hard to view a ton of properties. John's selections were so spot on that we were able to identify their next home on our first round of home tours. And when it came to escrow and closing, John was all over the details, and he cared for my parents as if they were his own. John went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for their next real estate agent.
