  • All the years of taking my car places, this is #1. Never had mechanics call me with repair options like Parks does---an example is when my brakes were sounding bad and they looked at them. Parks told me that since I said I was trading the car in soon then let the trade in dealer worry about it and save myself $. The brakes still had some life left. They treat you like they would if it was their own car.
