  • I tried this truck at the Gilbert Food Truck Food Court. It was during Lent and being one of the only trucks with no meat options they were fairly busy. But the food coming from the truck looked and smelled delicious so I decided to get in line and wait. The line moved slowly but I finally placed my order for the catfish basket. 10 min ... a few people in line behind me got thier food 15 min ...more people that came after me got their food 20 min I go up to check the status of my food along with another customer. Turns out our tickets were pushed to the side and weren't even started. We were both promised a rush. 35 min AFTER I placed my order... still NOTHING. Finally I went back and asked for my $. They convieniently brought out my food at that very moment. By that point i couldn't even eat. I was so upset. The fries were soggy as was the catfish. I threw it away after the first bite. During my long wait a couple of people came to complain about their meail being under cooked and inside the truck a pot of macaroni was spilled so everyone waiting for that had to wait longer for a new batch. Disorganized and dissappointing truck.
