  • I showed up 1 hour early like the booking associate and the will call associate told me to as to ensure I could sit with my partner, but when I showed up seating didn't start until 6:50. I stood there for 50 minutes like a dumb ass. Ashley at the front entrance treated like a piece of shit. She was condescending and rude. Don't waste your time showing up early and dealing with these concierges that have no pride in their work. Planet Hollywood of a joke.
