  • Deceptive pricing! My daughter just turned 1 which is the age where she is due for a price decrease. We were paying $48 per day and once she turned 1, we were told the rate would be $43. However, it's not advertised but they threw a bunch of additional requirements on me and said until they met those that she would stay in the current room and pay a higher rate. Never were these things mentioned or shown to me until I asked about a lower rate. Of course, they are slow to respond to my request to change the pricing and keep saying they've left messages for corporate but no response. Not a good look if you're these guys. Not happy and we won't be returning after the holiday.
