  • I just stumbled upon this place as I was looking for a non-grocery-store bakery to make a special birthday cake. Very nice locally owned business. I wanted a casaada cake, and they made up a fantastic one for me, at what I would call a reasonable price. The filling was great, and the real whipped cream frosting was delicious! Everyone at the party loved it. The staff was easy to work with, and did a beautiful job decorating the cake with sunflowers (those HAVE to be hard to make). I highly recommend when you're looking for a cake, not just because you're obligated to get one, but when you want a truly good tasting, carefully made cake. While it's not my thing, the shop also looks like a nice place to sit down and grab a pastry and a cup of joe in the middle of the day. NOTE: until Yelp updates their address book, these guys are no longer on Lakeshore in Willoughby. They're now on Mentor Avenue in Mentor, across from Malley's
