  • Went in to get a cafĂ© Americano at 8 o'clock on Sunday morning was not really busy but the drive-through was super busy. It took eight minutes for them to get my coffee and call my name. But seven cars went through the drive-through??? People were standing at the counter waiting for the coffee and no one would acknowledge them or say thank you for your patience when they gave you the coffee. The coffee tasted good but the customer service at this time was poor. Hot coffees were coming out not in the sequence that they were taken at the register.
