Momdoc Chandler location. Staff could be encouraged to have better customer service. The nurse aids or LPNs (not sure what they are) could be more polite. There are a few girls who are genuinely nice and have confidence in taking blood pressures, most of the other girls struggle to take blood pressures. MD Bell is probably one of the only few staff at this location that is genuinely polite, professional, and willing to take her time with patients (listen to her patients). Experiences with any other staff (including NPs, midwives, ultrasound tech, etc) besides MD Bell have appeared to be bothered with patient questions-seems like they are running out the door before you try to ask another question. I understand the day gets busy, but don't try to rush out of the door or rush through getting medical tasks done. Patients come first. Medical errors happen when you don't listen to patients or take time to provide patient education!
